Shipping & Returns

Your complete satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are unsatisfied with any item purchased, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date.

You will receive a full refund for unopened items in re-sellable condition or store credit for opened items.

Please note: Individually sold, single-serving items and Protein powders in jugs or pouches are only accepted unopened.

Please note: We do not allow exchanges on returned items.

Refunds and Store Credits will be issued upon receipt of the returned products and will be processed within 1-2 weeks. If a returned item is unopened and in a re-sellable condition, the refund of the purchase price will be applied to the payment method used on the original order. You will receive an email notification once we have issued a refund or a store credit.

When sending back an unopened product for a refund, please make sure to pack items well as we are unable to issue a credit to the payment method if damage occurs during return shipping.

Original shipping charges and the return shipping costs are non-refundable.

To return any items, please contact us directly by email (contact@dietonsale.com) or phone (844-365-3438) to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please include your RMA number on the outside of any returned package. Please include a copy of the original invoice with the return with a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We must physically receive the return within 30 days of the original purchase date.

 

Dietonsale.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements or has been deemed an abuse of our return policy.

No returns will be accepted without an RMA.

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Important Weather Related Information

Dietonsale.com cannot be responsible for weather conditions which could affect products once an order has left our premises. We promptly ship all orders from our climate-controlled warehouses, but extreme temperature fluctuations during transit are out of our control.

No returns, exchanges or credits are accepted on products that have been affected by melting or freezing.

To help minimize the possibility of receiving weather related damaged products:

  • Avoid packages being left outside by having orders delivered to your work address or other alternative location, where the package can be brought inside immediately.
  • To reduce transit time, consider choosing expedited shipping methods. We offer Multiple express shipping options you can choose from which will greatly reduce the time your order is out of a temperature controlled enviroment

If your order containing chocolate has been in the heat - unpack carton contents trying to avoid touching individual bars, place boxes in your refrigerator for about an hour. They will reharden and suffer no nutritional loss.
