  • Two Cups of skim milk
  • Dash of ground pepper

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Boil vegetables in about an inch of water in a large saucepan.
  2. Reduce heat and cover until tender (about 10 minutes). 
  3. Add milk and pepper.
  4. Remove from heat.
