    The shake has a great taste not powdery easy fix curbs appetite gonna try the strawberry tonight for my late night snack instead of chips

    They taste really good! But leave you wanting a little more so maybe eat some fruit with it or make sure you eat breakfast! This was tried at 2pm with no breakfast.. tastes amazing though which is rare!

    The chocolate and mocha flavors taste the best. The vanilla and strawberry were both very difficult for me to swallow. They did keep me from getting hungry. I drank one shake with a banana and followed it with a bottle of water. The shake consistency isnt the best, but its also not the worst I have had.
