Vegan protein option
I have been eating this for quite a while as a protein topping on my lunchtime salads. It turns a basic salad into a healthy version of a taco salad. Nice flavor and texture.
Delicious. I often use this in a salad as my protein. With sugarfree ranch dressing and a bit of spice, it feels like a taco salad with punch!
I love the sloppy jo. I heat it after adding water. Then I put a piece of whole, no-grain bread in the bowl. I chop up the bread and eat my sloppy jo. Yummy!
Figured I would try it since I liked some of the other entrees... was worried about texture but it was not bad! Great recommendation from the customer support group!
